Skyhawks, whilst still not widley known in the online community has been around since late 2007. The community over this time has seen some stages of down time and some stages of great height. Alot of the mix and mash was due to members commiting to real life issues such as work and education.

Originally sporting up until recently the classic "COG & Hawk",
logo derived from Bungies' Halo®3 game, the community changed its shield with the introduction of
the 621st Division into the community.

In July 2009 with the sudden departure of J3nk0J1 (Community Leader) the community of players quickly collapsed.

From this wreckage the 621st Division was formed and carryed on with the most dedicated of members.

By the end of 2009 J3nk0J1 had returned to a community of the few and faithfull. Over the last year and a half the Skyhawks has gone from a dwindling five members to now over a hundred.

The Skyhawks had been reformed with the intention of being only a community for other clans to be based out of, after much deliberation however, the 621st was disolved into the Skyhawks. The community has set out to find its former glory in the gaming world.

Now sporting teams for a the key FPS games the community is branching out after what seems like an eternity of trying to do so.

Skyhawks is a Australian friendly community of members from all parts of the Nation, looking for a place to socialise, play and win. Whilst we do not primarily play as a compedative team we do time to time like to take the fight to new levels and show them how its done.

But we know that for every victory there could be a loss. We learn from our mistakes and we become stronger.

In more recent times J3nk0J1 (James Jenkins) recently resigned from the role of community leader of the Skyhawks and has given the task of running the community the Skyhawks Staff.

The Skyhawks Staff is a hand selected team of the most dedicated community members and for the most part of 2011 ran the community without the aid of J3nk0J1.

The Skyhawks will continue to operate as a community for it's members!
